About Me

Rozeena Sujjad is the founder and director of reACT it out, A Drama Therapy Consultancy Company.

My passion is to bring resilience, trust, healing, and purpose to not just vulnerable people but to those that want to thrive in life and not just survive. Improving and enabling interpersonal relationship skills and self-awareness, especially for women, is also at the heart of my consultancy.

People experience stress and trauma, which can often lead to the rest of their lives taking a turn for the worst. My clients include children, adults and families and whatever issues clients may be facing , reACT it out can help people reflect on their true potential, engage with hope, aspire for greatness, create new possibilities and transform their outlook on life.

I have designed drama therapy programmes for people on the Autism Spectrum, survivors of abuse, looked after children, refugees and parents to name just a few. So, I know what it takes to build emotional resilience and offer effective strategies for individuals, children, parents and carer’s.

I have also supported CEO’s, managers, teachers, care workers and leaders achieve long-lasting behavioural change and extraordinary results using drama therapy techniques, coaching and counselling. Helping staff to feel and work like a team, work towards a common goal, creating and to develop mission statements are examples of what corporate workshops can achieve.

My educational background includes MA in Drama therapy, certificates in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy, systemic family therapy and mindfulness.

In my spare time I look after two beautiful awe inspiring little people…with the help of hubby!
